Authorized Pickup Only
- All authorized adults listed in Brightwheel
- Photo ID required for anyone not recognized by staff
- Parents notified instantly of any pickup issue
- Emergency contact verification on file
Monitored Camera System
- HD cameras in all classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas
- Footage stored securely for 30 days
- Reviewed by director weekly and upon any incident
- Parent-viewable live feed available upon request during tour
Building Security
- Located in a professionally managed commercial building
- Building security desk active Monday–Friday
- Elevator access requires keycard after hours
- Fire suppression system throughout building

Sick Child Policy
- Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning
- No vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours
- Contagious illness requires physician clearance
- We notify all families of exposure to communicable illness
Hygiene Protocols
- Handwashing before meals, after outdoor time, and after toileting
- All surfaces sanitized with EPA-approved child-safe products
- Toys rotated through dishwasher cycle daily
- Diapering area sanitized between every change
Allergy Management
- Full allergy profiles collected at enrollment
- Nut-aware (peanut and tree nut) facility-wide
- EpiPens stored and administered per child health plan
- All staff trained on anaphylaxis response
Vaccination Policy
- CA state immunization requirements fully enforced
- Medical exemptions reviewed per CA Health & Safety Code
- Current vaccination records on file for all children
- Annual flu vaccination strongly encouraged for all staff
